There is TV with M-Net, and guests have the use of the residents' inviting crystal clear, salt-water swimming pool situated below in the well-maintained garden.

The open-plan studio with queen-sized bed is comfortably furnished with cane furniture and a glowing Oregon kitchenette, fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave oven, crockery, cutlery, toaster, large eating bar counter etc.. It opens out onto the Victorian balcony through lovely French stained-glass doors.The seaview is stunning and being north facing, the sun pours through in the mornings.

The second cosy bedroom has two single mounted solid oregon bunk beds. Ablutions consist of a large shower room, beautifully appointed and sparkling clean, with basin and loo.
